Training Philosophy

Throughout my law enforcement training career, I have experienced the changes and adaptations of techniques & tactics.  Training is a process and continually needs to be assessed.  As we learn, we adapt, change, and grow.  We strive to be more effective and more efficient.  Gunfights are won in fractions of a second.  I believe in purposeful actions and understanding the “why” in what we train.

Servant/Protector/Guide Philosophy

“To serve and protect” summarizes the code of the law enforcement officer/agent.  I believe in the ideals of servant leadership and the importance of teaching/guiding other protectors.

Your mindset is crucial to improvement.   Specifically, a growth mindset is necessary to build your skills and improve.
